Robin Hoffman, President Robin founded Pipeline Communications in 1994 after successful careers as both a public relations executive and trade journalist. Prior to starting Pipeline, Robin supervised the PR campaign for Sony Electronics Business Systems division. Her editorial credits include managing editor of Television Broadcast, associate editor of Videography, senior reporter at SHOOT, and associate editor of WRAP. Robin has also worked as a freelance writer, contributing articles to The Hollywood Reporter, Millimeter, SHOOT, Film & Video, Videography, Post, and Production Update.
Mark J. Pescatore, Ph.D., Vice President Mark has been writing about the video industry since 1994. He was named editor of Government Video magazine in 2000 and served as the executive conference chair of the Government Video Technology Expo for eight years. For more than two years, he also produced and hosted the Television Broadcast Two-Minute Drill, a daily podcast for the broadcast industry. Mark previously served as editor and managing editor of Television Broadcast magazine, and his byline and photography have appeared in TV Technology, DV, Videography, Radio World, Systems Contractor News, and other publications. He co-authored the book Working with HDV and co-edited the second and third editions of The Guide to Digital Television.
Nicole Crane, Assistant Account Executive Nicole joined Pipeline Communications in 2008 as an intern. Upon completion of her B.A. in communication studies in public relations from Montclair State University, she began a full-time career with the company. Nicole graduated Summa Cum Laude in May 2009. During her college career, she was involved in her major’s honor society, Lambda Pi Eta, studied abroad in Italy, and was a member of her university’s first chapter of Public Relations Student Society of America.
